    I know my username and password. I just can’t do the 2FA as it has been removed from my authenticator app and my email associated with my account is gone. I even know how many tokens I have, names of models I follow, and I’m sure they can ask other questions to verify it is me…

    Unfortunately, I think they are responding to the email address I have lost access to and not the one I specified in my support request. Ive had my account for 4 years......what a shame

    @punker barbie hope you’re doing well. I still haven’t received a response from support. I’ve had the account for almost 4 years and would be able to answer any questions support may have to disable 2FA so that I can be able to access my account. Much appreciated ??

    Thank you, what is needed from my end as the 2FA has not yet been disabled and I have lost access to my email account associated with my chaturbate account so I cannot receive emails there
