    Account banned and support has not replied back

    Similar to my situation, although my account was banned more than a week ago and I still don't understand why (I have another request thread on the forum, so I'm just commiserating with you). I feel like a lot of the anxiety could be alleviated if the initial ban notification gave an indication...
