    My account permanently terminated

    I have applied many times for my account to be closed and even apologized for my mistake. I did not do it intentionally. We are human beings, people make mistakes, so why not give them a chance? I apologized but they did not help. I do not know what is in my fate, but I am very hurt.Please help...
