    It's more likely that some offended simp reported you (so typical for couple streams), but the fact that the most are getting replied in couple days, but you and some are just being ignored is only making me think that there is no queue in their ticket list.

    Yeah, that is the problem, some are getting replied on the next day, some have to wait. They unbanned me on the next day previous time, now I'm also waiting for the 2nd week.

    What a clownade, getting suspended for that. And it will take them a month to check your appeal, because it's really difficult for them to read the message you got banned for.

    Nothing new actually, they ban you without any trying to figure out if you really violated something and then ignoring you for weeks like it's your problem.
