    I think you will, but that's just me. You'll have to wait for their answer. As I understand it, they'll have to corroborate that the funds entered their account and match the transaction, but this is done manually so takes time.

    One thing i can think of is that the ban might not be related to the hacking. If they already reviewed your case and issued you with a permanent ban, they might not even answer you anymore as the case would be closed for them. So either you wait for support to answer you back or regain control...
