    Deactivated AW account but still getting phone bookings?

    So I deactivated my AW account (it does not let me log-in and when I try forgot password link it says the account has been deactivated) but I got a SMS saying someone has booked a phone session with me. Obviously I don't want to take it as I can't log in to recover the credits, am i'm now...
