Account disabled

I have a new account guenfen. Today I have decided to stream for an hour. I have received a warning from Admin which I could not read and my account was disabled.


Reason:
Confirmed Pre-rec


I bearly stream something for an hour, I did not do any prerec. Please advice and recover my account. Srtipchat rep, please help.
