Hello Support,

My account was permanently banned after a friend streamed my live show on a TV, and a baby appeared crying on the TV screen in the background. This was unintentional and not part of my actual stream or content.

I understand how this may have been flagged, but no minors were involved in my broadcast itself. I always follow the platform rules and would never knowingly violate any guidelines.

Please kindly review my account and reconsider the ban.

Solution
Hello,
This case was reviewed previously through our moderation and appeal process, and the decision to permanently block the account was upheld at that time.

Violations involving minor safety are taken extremely seriously, regardless of intent. Content that includes or references minors- whether directly, indirectly- falls under a category of violations that is nonappealable.

It’s also important to note that appeals must be submitted promptly and with consistent, verifiable information. In this case, the appeal was reviewed, denied, and the outcome has been final for some time. Because of the severity of this category and the time that has passed since the decision, we’re not able to reconsider or reopen the case.

We understand this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, but we want to be clear and transparent so expectations are set appropriately.

We wish you the best moving forward.
