As for ID when my ID was already approved

I understand my twin has made an account but they are separate accounts. With I.D that has our separate names on. It's stopped me from working. We both have cammed on separate accounts before on other sites. I feels that this should not accept me. If she sets up her own account with her own ID. I had been approved weeks again. Everything had been fine. I hope this gets sorted as soon as possible. Kind regards
