I am currently in the process of developing a new product and would like to get cam models opinions on it. The survey has ~20 questions, most of them are multiple choice and it should take around 10 minutes to fill out. For completing the survey you will receive either a 5,10 or 50 dollar amazon gift card (80% chance to get 5$, 18% chance to get 10$ and 2% chance of receiving a 50$ amazon gift card. The survey is 100% confidential, your answers and responses will never be published, released or sold.

-Has been a Cam Model For At least 3 months
