Can public chat comments be deleted?

I have started visiting a new room but have noticed some odd things happening and it makes me curious about how what I am seeing is being done

The model and her 2 knights have k8nd of frequent banter in the public chat. But I have noticed that sometimes whole conversations disappear in the public chat. How is that possible? Is there a way for user to delete their comments? Knights? Models?

I have just never seen it and am very curious how they are pulling off

Yes quite recently Stripchat introduced a way to "Clear Chat", which can only be done by the MODEL.
It will remove ALL chat in the public, but it will leave tips
