1. Shave. It makes it way easier. Hairs will get caught and pulled.
2. Lube everything up, (water based lube only!)
3. Squeeze your balls into it one at a time. You should have just the sack through the ring at the end of this step.
4. Your penis HAS to be as soft as possible. Push it down and into the ring quickly. You might need to pluck it through by pinching your helmet from the inside of the ring. Do it as fast as you can. The feeling on your penis might make you start getting hard, then you'll have to wait until you get soft again. If this happens your balls might fall back through as well depending on how your body is positioned. If so, go back to step 3.
