My friend has a stalker that is rich and making accounts and tipping and downvoting. She decided to start banning his different accounts, but she wants to know if he tips 25 and she bans/blocks him can he still downvote? She knows it's him as she fights with him from PM's he sends, after she has PM'd him to thank him. It then opens up a line of communication with him that deteriorates rapidly. She had to hide the vote rating counter as he is doing it constantly, and she is of the impression that the downvotes factor into the algorithm that moves her closer to front page along with her viewing numbers? Any help or ideas? Thank You ! Johnm

Maybe to stop sending PM "thank-you" as it's not necessary. Especially considering this pattern of abuse. The broadcaster can simply say "thank-you" during the broadcast, or type "thank-you" into the chat room. Problem solved.

Not sure the question makes much sense even if he can't downvote once banned isn't he just going to make another account to do it? The downvote button doesn't show up once banned that I can recall but technically a clever person might be able to still do it.

Thank You I see your point. I am only asking as she is trying to minimize his downvotes he still tips then things deteriorate every time and I will tell her to report him for investigation, but he stalks her and uses lots of different emails and phones. She is concerned about ratings affecting her bottom line

Some of the top models on the site have the worst ratings. Don't sweat it.
The names may be different but the payment method is probably the same. That's where the CB admin can enforce TOS.
