Me and my partner are browsing the market for some Horror movies we may not have seen, and could use some help. List your top 5 favorite Scary movies(Horror/Gore/Slasher prefered).

I'm a horror movie fiend and no movie has ever creeped me out as thoroughly or disturbed me as deeply as Antichrist did.
That movie is really something else.

Big Horror Movie fan!

Hard to pick a favorite or even a top 5

I guess John Carpenter's 'The Thing' would have to be up there. I love watching the movie and trying to work out when each victim becomes infected as the movie progresses.

Also love John Carpenter's 'Halloween' its still top of the slasher movies for me.

Love Zombie movies, though they can get a bit samey, Dawn of the Dead was probably my favorite, but I am now leaning to Shawn of the Dead.

Love Dario Argento and Susperia always freaked me out, and you can't go past Deep Red.

Cabin in the Woods is a post modern classic, and even better if you ever get to check it out in a packed cinema! It's a film that gets better with repeat viewings as you can pick more and more background stuff up to!

(Sorry I managed to squeeze 7 into a top 5!)

John Carpenter is incredible. I am a big fan of his Vampires movie. If you like Dario Argento, definitely check out the Demoni(Demons) line from him and Lamberto Bava. I completely forgot this somehow, but the only movie that has EVER creeped me out was Candyman.

the feast series was awesomely terrible not scary, more in the horror comedy vein
