Glitch in the Matrix!

This happened to me a little while ago, when my new model tag just wore off, I was used to having max 10 people in my room, and when I got back from getting a drink I saw this:

I didn't know what was happening, so I just sat there like a confused goldfish watching my chatscreen get flooded with comments. I was at a camscore of ±800 I think, so I'm pretty sure this must have been some kind of glitch. it was over before I knew it too (probably because of my goldfish look). But anyway, anyone else ever experienced this? this was on MFC

Wow! That's a lot of viewers! Well the only thing I've ever seen to explain an abrupt amount like that are...just lucky times. Perhaps it was your lucky time for a brief moment..

It says 771 of them are guests. I've heard other models talk about seeing the same thing in other rooms before. Seems to be some kind of bot that ups the number of viewers in your room. Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it. All it can do is push you higher on the "most users" list!

I have noticed that the "Most Popular Rooms" on the side bar has been doing this the past few days. Where on Page one you have lots of girls then you go down to the 6th one listed on the "Most Popular Rooms" list and click on it and and I am the only person in the chat room with the model and they rest were guests.

I am guessing the guests were using the "Most Popular Room" feature as well.

So yes I think there is a glitch in the system.

It's a script some members are using to create a whole mess of guest logins. There was speculation that it's something studios are doing, but it happens to non-studio models, and I've seen studio models freak out when it has happened to them.

If this bumps your room to be one of the more popular ones, i suppose you can use this to your advantage. You might get discovered by other paying members more easily because of your increased visibility on the directory. *shrug*
