I need to buy a really awesome showerhead for my shower shows. All suggestions appreciated. I'd like something with plenty of functions and varying water pressure. Preferably one of the ones that advertises itself as being a water saver. On your marks, get set, go! :)

I'm with you. My showerhead literally broke two days ago, I was giving my dog a bath and suddenly water was spraying in my face, a hole had broken in the hose.

I went looking and so many showerheads in this stupid city were "Eco-friendly" or didn't have the "mist" function that I want.

Annnyway, nothing to add I guess..

What about one of the water powered LED shower heads? Link

I can't remember the brand of mine, and I just looked and it's not written on the showerhead anywhere, but I got it at Target and I love it. Aedan has the same one so she might remember the brand. I think it was about $30. I know this is a pretty unhelpful comment but I'm going to try to figure out which one I have and I'll post a link if I do.

Thanks, Madison! At the very least that narrows it down to approximately $30 and at Target, so that should be really easy for me to look up even if you don't find the brand. I trust my fellow camgirls, especially when more than one model has the same product ^_^

Is it a single showerhead or double?

This is the one I have: http://www.amazon.com/Shower-Theras...4PHY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1338431495&sr=8-1

I love it and it saves a bunch on the hot water bill. :thumbleft: I don't usually use the aromatherapy stuff but they smell pretty damn good when I do and I've never had a problem with them.

Ooh I like the water filtration to remove chlorine. How often do you replace the filter? Looks like it costs $21 for 4 filters.
After the first one ran out I was just too lazy to replace it. :shifty: I think it lasted about 3 months or so though. I'm short and have to stand on the side of the tub and balance dangerously in order to reach the shower head so I haven't exactly been gung ho about putting in another one.

They smell pretty damn good though when you take really steamy showers but I never had any issues with it burning my eyes or anything. Actually, when I exfoliated really well during the shower I smelled like the aromatherapy stuff for the rest of the day. What I did find though was that it lasted longer with cooler showers and, if it wasn't for my height, it was easy to change out the chambers if I wanted to bathe the dogs or just switch scents. The scents were pretty but not overly girly.

It's a single ^____^ I got it a couple years ago so I'm not totally sure if they have the same one at Target anymore.

I've got a green LED hand held in the guest bath and an 8" rainfall in mine. The only thing I don't really care for with the hand held is the water saver design uses very tiny holes for the spray head. If you have strong water pressure, it tends to get a bit uncomfortable. The rain head is multi color and I removed the water saver washer to get more volume. I love that one, especially in the dark. :-D

PS: Via internet from a plumbing supply, $87 delivered for both.

These things are cool! Amazon has others that change colors with the water temp. I can see a countdown show for ice cold blue!!! :thumbleft:
