This is a murder mystery show starring David Tennant and Skylar White(I forget her actual name)... Based a show from Channel 4 in the UK (I believe) which also starred Tennant (with his actual Scottish accent) and also aired on BBC America last year. I'd say it's a remake, but I am pretty sure it's damn near verbatim from the scripts for the original, at least 2 episodes in. So it's kind of disappointing if you've seen season 1 of Broadchurch, and know who did it. But it's still well put together, and well written and well acted. But... incredibly disappointing to me. I expected something totally new, but then again, I guess the 1 writer did have s2 of Broadchurch to put together, as well as this, so...

Same thing with Eleventh Hour. The 4 scripts for the series were verbatim from the Brit version, but then they started writing new scripts after which were dreadful.
I don't think it is that bad. If only i could mesh the characters from the US and UK version, to make a better cast. I really hated the young girl on the UK version but the US one is better, but then again the US version with of Ellie's husband, seems like such a bad fit. Beth in the US version is also way better!
