Hi there,

Ive been a cam model for 6 months now, since June 2019. I feel like I should have more viewers in my room after all the work Ive put in. I make enough tips to make it worth it for me even with my low traffic. But part of camming for me is that I really enjoy being watched. I want my room to be full and lots of people watching me when I do shows instead of just like anywhere from 1 to 30 viewers in my room. I see the top girls getting 100s and sometimes even 1000s of viewers. I want to get to that point too. But Im not really sure what I could be doing much differently. I do spend time researching on the internet about how to improve and thats how I found this forum. I know I need a HD webcam and to get on a schedule (I cam mostly everyday though just not at regular times), I have good lighting. I think that would boost viewers. But other then that, I go along the same lines as most of the other girls. I do also notice that theres certain times like 9-3 am is obviously the most popular times people go on are busier. But I find theres a morning rush so sometimes I go on from 5 am to 11 am. During the afternoon I find it to be slower so I dont really go on then. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice for me to grow my viewers and fan base. I spend a lot of time building relationships with the guys, I work on myfreecams, and I just started to work on chaturbate a bit too. Im also going to be working on posting videos for clip sites like clips4sale and manyvids and pornhub and onlyfans over the next little while and heavily promoting on social media and networking. How do you give yourself that push to the next level, does it just come with the more time you spend on the site. I mean Im taking the time to build my fanbase one by one with each person and I do have a following but it definitely needs to be more for me to get to where I want to be. Anyways thanks in advance for your advice. It will be greatly appreciated!

Keyword research is a powerful tool for these cam sites. They use Hashtags that are very effective in sorting chatrooms. Make sure you're using both heavily populated hashtags and also very quiet hashtags.
Presentation is Key. You already know this. HD webcams start at around $60, so save up until you can upgrade. Consistency is important and you know that too.
The structure of your show is important as well. What are people paying for? Are they directly contributing to a cause? Do you have interactive toys?

6 months really isnt that long, the girls that have real traffic that get over 100 or even 1000 users per show will have been working on building their following for a couple of years. Other than that do you actively work on building traffic when you are not online? (building places where people can find out about you and become a fan). By the sounds of it you are off to a good start, but it takes time and a lot of work to get to the numbers you see on the top rooms. If you cant get a hd webcam you might be better off using your phone as a webcam (depends on the camera quality of your phone ofc, but many new phones give a much better picture than hd webcams like the c920/c930 etc). You can capture your phones camera in obs using an app like ipwebcam or ni link (I use ipwebcam, and for me it's working great 99% )

Having a consistent time slot is probably the most important thing you can do. If you are going to play around with different times, do so as an extra shift but pick the one that’s best and stick to it. Regulars are the most important thing to build on MFC and that’s not easy to do if you are all over the place.
