I was perm banned

I was perm bannned on Stripchat after a guy threatened me. He said that if I didn't take all of my clothes for free he would report my account for accepting payments out of the platform. I refused, of course, and he reported me. Minutes after he reported me I was perm banned and the support team didn't even wanted to listen what I had to say even that I had screenshots of the user saying that he would report my account. Can anybody help me with that?
