Lack of support for users from Chaturbate

Just wondering if anyone has actually received any help from Chaturbate support. Reported a model several times and nothing has been done.
Dakotaajohnnson, streamed no spy privates on Chaturbate live on Stripchat. Provided Support with all the evidence and even a confession on her DM and absolutely no action was taken. Now it seems she is hiding her cam on Chaturbate to attract tips to see whats happening, whilst again streaming the content live on Stripchat. Again reported with no action taken. Does Chaturbate support actually care that its users are being ripped off. For a start remove the line, no one else can see on no spy privates as that is actually totally false when the model is streaming it live on another platform.

The reason your reports on the model have not been acted on is that she has not broken any CB rules.

As long as she has not promoted her Stripchat room on CB, or asked for off site payment she is abiding by the rules, the 'No spying' feature is only directed at other CB users.

Stripchat has stricter rules, they say that the models can not stream publicly on other sites if they are doing a private on their site, that is a likely explanation to hiding her cam on CB, or she has reached a goal on Stripchat and doesn't want CB users to 'free-load' on that.

Excerpt from Chaturbates Terms & Conditions:

V. YOUR ACCOUNT AND GENERAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL USERS

d. Solicitations. Although we do not control Independent Broadcasters and other users' use of the Platform, you may not use the Platform to promote or advertise any third-party products, sites, or services that deliver live-streaming content. Independent Broadcasters and other Community Members are, of course, free to cam on other sites, it is prohibited to use the Platform to solicit any Community Member(s) to utilize another product, site, or service that delivers live-streaming content. Additionally, Community Members may not solicit any type of pay-per-meet (commonly called "escorting," dating service or site), or use the Platform for the sale of controlled substances or materials (including cannabis and weapons) or multi-level-marketing businesses.

i. Private Shows. All Independent Broadcasters acknowledge and agree they are aware that all private shows are recorded by default and such recordings are provided to the applicable Community Member(s) who purchased such private shows; provided, however, that Independent Broadcasters can disable this recording option at any time in account settings. Independent Broadcasters acknowledge and agree that all recordings of private shows are considered Member Content and that upon delivery of the recording to the purchasing Community Member(s), such Community Member(s) will have acquired from the applicable Independent Broadcaster a perpetual, irrevocable license to view and access such recording through the Platform.

Just checked. She is banned. Hopefully for a different reason that has nothing to do with OP. Because CB doesn't take ANY action for activity on 3rd party sites when it comes to models and viewer interactions.

What she did wasn't against CB's rules. I'm really tempted to tag PB into this conversation but I'm not sure a review can be triggered in this manner and she'll have to come here herself to get it resolved. If anyone sees her on SC please tell her to come here and get this resolved. It's 100% unfair.

If I was 100% sure it was Shirley on the account I def would tag her in.

Oh, ha, missed the second n...thanks for the correction! But the double a and one n version is banned so that's still kind of interesting.

I guessed so, and my correction was mostly about fairness towards CB, to avoid giving a picture that OPs action were justified

I am pretty sure we will never know, the way this goes is that OP will come back to the thread, see that there is absolutely no love and support for him and throw a hissyfit

I have so many pictures of food and drinks in my phone. Lol. I’m gonna go through them later to see which ones to delete, so I can free up some space. Plus there’s no need for me to keep taking pictures of steamed crabs every time I go out to eat them. I’m sure by now my friends and family are aware that I love crabs.
