So I have the first generation lush. It’s completely dead. Am I supposed to turn it on when it’s charging or is it supposed to be off?

I've heard that you can inadvertently break the Bluetooth antenna - contained within the long stem - if you pulled it back and forth while inserted. If all else fails, time for the next gen version if you can.
