Basically the title. It'll connect, but if I, um, insert it, it disconnects and wont reconnect. I've been emailing their support but they take forever to reply. I've updated and restarted everything like they asked. It was working when I first got it but like 2 weeks later it does this. Any ideas on how to fix it? Or does anyone know their phone number for faster support?

Hello, tbh it should have nothing to do with being inside or not, as the bluetooth thing is on the side thats not inside. did u try to put it inside and connect it after? what are you using? phone or usb thing to connect? when u are connecting it before inserting it are you closer to the device you are using for connecting?

Keep working with their support through email. It is the only way to resolve it. I have always had long extensive back & forth emails, sending videos, etc. Once the exhaust all options for troubleshooting, they will either have you return it to them using a prepaid label they send you, or will just send you a replacement. They have done both ways in my cases. They don’t have a phone number, as support is in another country.

I have the V2 Lush and have had zero disconnects with it. They seemed to have fixed that issue.
The V1 lush is always a little flaky. I had to 'point' my phone at the 'target' and even then it disconnected frequently.

Well the bluetooth receiver is at the tip rather than in the base on the V2 so there's no signal 'penetration' issues. However it still can have problems like the V1 if you manage to sever the cable inside the tail by accident. And it's no longer waterproof like the V1.
