The last 3 days MFC has been really slowing and sometimes hanging up for 4-5 seconds before it responds. I am using chrome, but no other sites are doing this, only MFC. Twice today I got the popup saying the page is not responding. Is it just me?

I've noticed a little lagging here and there, especially in chat. Using Firefox.

Also Monday I intended to log in sometime in the afternoon EST and couldn't. Lots of models indicated that they were having trouble logging in at that time too.

I was having the same problem since last week but it only happened in the lounges (also using chrome).

That makes sense now, when I came on to mfc on monday I was like "Only 800 models are online in the middle of the day? Thats really odd" You would think with how much money the site profits, they would be able to afford to fix complications a little faster than this. But then again, who am I to judge? I've seen multimillion dollar companies websites be out for a whole day.

Hmm, well it looks like there may be more than 1 problem. I assumed it was chrome giving me problems, so after asking around and googling (I am not techy at all), I tried the steps given here:

http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/i...op-shockwave-flash-crashing-in-google-chrome/

Turns out I did indeed have "2 flashes" running. I disabled 1 and MFC still crashed. Enabled the first again and disabled the second and so far, for a couple hours, I have not crashed.

But the site is still lagging on me a fair amount.

And the freezing up problem is back. I seriously doubt all of have dying laptops, so it's gotta be on MFC's end. That's a relief for me, but not so much for models trying to work.

I have to ask - is everyone having problems using chrome only? I havent tried yet on firefox, but maybe I should... I am getting some level of lag on all computers I tried (two windows 7 and one OS X laptop), but I didn't remember to try using Firefox instead of chrome.
And looking at the chrome blog, from http://googlechromereleases.blogspot.ch ... te_14.html :
"This release contains an update for Adobe Flash as well as a number of other fixes."

I read the changelog and that seems to be the only interesting bit (well, there's one related to H264 which might explain the mobile site not working on chrome desktop anymore).

I didn't even know there was a recent update to chrome. I'm thinking that could be it, since several of us are having the same issue. I too have not tried firefox, but if it is stable I will switch.

Using FireFox here and I have the same problems so not browser related I don't think. A lot of stuttering/freezing video and then fast forwarding to catch up to where it should be. Also had the logging in problem on Monday as well

Well I am relieved that this confirms it's not my laptop dying :P

Just more of MFC's common glitches
