My New SC says we cant verify documents

my username is KitsuneKris.
After uploading documents for several time the windows says "we cant verify your documents".
I'm from India and i used my PAN and driver license for registration.
i dont know whats wrong

Sent you a message. While I am waiting for you to send me the information, please clarify the exact reason for the rejection of your documents. It should have been sent to your registration email address.
‘We cannot verify your documents’ is not complete information. It is very important to check the exact wording from the email.
