Hi team,
Myself Priyanka Shrivastava. My account was created by a studio owner ! He had all my access to my account And my username Alisha-20 ! He was paying me 25$ for 1000tokens ! But later I came to know it's 50$ for 1000tokens ! I asked my studio owner regarding payment ! I said me when u get 50$ for 1000tokens u can pay me 40$ for 1000tokens and u can keep 10$ ! But he refused to pay me 40$ and I said I will not work in your studio and I will move to some other studio who pays me good ! but later what he did I don't know I can't open my account and it shows ur account is banned and I don't get why my account was banned ! It's for sure my studio owner did that ! So please help me to retain my account! I never break any stripchat rules. My studio owner has banned my account.!
Please do the needful help to me !

a few things:

1) Don't post your identifiable information on public websites (eg/ your legal name)
2) When you work for a studio you do not have ownership of the account, it's the studios account, they own it and they also (normally) own the rights to any stream recordings, videos or images you created while working there.
3) What the site pays the studio is irrelevant because you work for the studio so how much you make is dictated by them (also a 50/50 split on tokens is normal for a studio)

Maybe @Stella_SC can help but I wouldn't count on it. I have seen models banned by studio owners before and SC doesn't give a flying fuck.
I can understand that but I didn't break any rules. My just mistake is I asked studio owner to give me more percentage or I will create my independent account! Since then he got angry and blocked my account! And other models in the same studio were getting paid more ! I was getting less so I asked them to give me same as other models ! So kindly once look into this and help me out please!

A studio owner logged into a models account and put a child in front of the camera so the account would be banned. The model has no children, only the studio owner has a child but even so SC still would not allow this ban lifted. They don't care.

Point 2. Very interesting.
Does that mean a studio can upload say a Stripchat video made for one of their model’s Fan Club onto a platform like Xvideos or social media without the consent of the model? And presumably get revenue from it if successful.

Generally yes, it depends on the contract but the ones that I have seen (both working as a model and support staff in a studio) it gives the studio permission in perpetuity to use anything that is created their in anyway they see fit, I know one of the studios I worked forhas studios all over the world and given that it's been so common between them all I have worked in here I would assume it's just part of an industry standard template.

Some studios will film and post up promo videos to tube sites (this mainly happens with LJ studios as far as I know) but usually anything thats pay restricted wouldn't be uploaded because the studio would be losing themselves money. I havnt heard of any studio activly marketing a models content after they have left the studio, I know some studios will leave dead profiles up with all their media, I always just assumed it was so that if any of that models members come back after they have gone they might be more likely to buy the content that the studio then retains 100% of the sale.

Thanks very much for replying and your explanation from experience.
