Need Help – Wrongful Termination After 4 Years on Stripchat

My Stripchat account (username: Wildbitchfucks) was suddenly banned for “unregistered person broadcasting.” I’ve been streaming alone from day one, live alone, and no one else has ever appeared on my cam. My ID was old (issued 12+ years ago), so my appearance has naturally changed—and I also wear makeup during shows, which may have triggered a false flag.

I’ve appealed, updated all my identification documents with new, recent photos (which I’m fully ready to reupload again), and even offered to add my passport for verification. Still, my account was terminated without any proof or proper review. You can clearly see it’s been the same person on cam since day one, and to make it worse—I wasn’t even live streaming at the time I got banned.

Zero warnings in 4 years. If anyone can help escalate or guide me, I’d be truly grateful.

Just wanted to add that I believe the issue may be due to my old ID photo not fully matching my current appearance, as it was issued over 12 years ago. I’ve always streamed alone, and no one else has ever appeared on my account. I’ve recently updated all my identification documents with new photos and can also submit my passport which was recently issued if needed. Please allow me a chance to reverify — this seems to be a misunderstanding.

Unfortunately, you were found broadcasting as an unregistered person on a different account. This is a serious violation of our rules and has resulted in a permanent block from broadcasting on our platform, across all accounts.

I can see that you submitted an appeal; however, it was reviewed and unfortunately not approved. I understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but this decision is final.

Stella, I want to make it clear that in my 4+ years here, I have only ever broadcasted on my own account — WILDBITCHFUCKS. Neither have I ever streamed on anyone else’s account, nor has anyone else ever streamed on mine. I know and follow all site rules, and if I had broken one, I would accept the ban and move on. But that’s not the case, which is why I’m fighting this.

My appeal was unsuccessful, but I strongly and humbly request a reevaluation, as there’s clearly a misunderstanding. The only possible issue I can think of is that my submitted ID photo is old (issued 12 years ago) and may not perfectly match my current appearance. I can easily provide an updated passport or other official document to confirm that the person broadcasting and the ID holder are the same.

I understand your concerns and I really wish I could assist you more. However, the evidence confirms that you were broadcasting on another account without prior approval for that account. After reviewing the matter, our Moderation team has made their final decision, and unfortunately, it will stand.
