My account was permanently blocked because it has been said I broke rules where by I had opened an account at 1st and closed it. Then I reopened the account using my 2nd email address 15 minutes into streaming I just got permanently blocked. What rules did I brake if the old account was closed? Can this be overlooked into because I feel like I was not treated fairly by the blocker as I did not brake any rules because I went back and checked the rules. I verified my details
