I feel that people who do this actually just go through the tip screen quickly. I have rapidly tipped before, it takes about 4 or 5 seconds to go through the tipping screen. Because there is a delay between when you click the tip button and when the model receives her tip, you can queue up several in a row and they are all displayed quite close to one another.
Also if you have a gaming mouse or keyboard that is programmable and allows for macros to be recorded you can do this with extra flare and style.
This one for example: http://www.sharkoon.com/?q=en/node/1341
6 of the 7 buttons can assigned to any of around 100 functions including macros that you record. Also there's one button that allows for pressing it and moving the mouse in any one of 16 different motions for different things to be done. It's very similar to that of Basic Programming Language in the complexity it offers. So, for example, you can record a macro to tip 1 token then tip 2 tokens and then tell it to repeat that 10 times, or just keep repeating it until you click the button again to stop it. The result is I can click one button on the mouse and tips 1 2 1 2...on and on until it runs out, basically 200 tokens takes about 5 seconds. But MFC tip lag keeps showing them for another minute as it catches up.
Also you can go more complex. I made one that tips 3 then 1, 4,1,5, and 9 in that order. (Yes, Pi. I'm a geek) And that one also has tip notes built into it. So it REALLY confuses people on first seeing it. :-D Basically you can have any variety of tipping you like all in different macros. Then you just use the mouse software to assign a macro to a different button/movement combination.
If you look on that page there's also keyboards that every single key is programmable, and each profile you save your key layout to has 3 layers that can be unique combinations. And then there's 10 profiles that can be saved. Just a staggering amount of things can be done with a single click of a mouse or key.
Thanks! That must be how the extremely rapid tip walls are done.

Wow, that's some pretty quick mouse/keyboard use! I always assumed that people were finding a way to open multiple tip windows at once, setting them all up to the confirmation screen, and going across clicking them one by one. As it is set up, you can't have more than one tip window up I don't think.
Actually, if you tip from chat, you can use the arrow keys to cycle through whatever you typed last, so tip, enter, up-arrow, enter, up-arrow, etc will repeat your tip very quickly.
As a matter of fact I DID! The first time I tried the /tip command was in your room. I was so irrationally nervous that it wouldn't show up right, and I reassured myself that kind Kaylee would not mind if I screwed it up.
