This month may be crazy...

I've said it before but I'll say it again. Each month that goes by, more members join MFC, more tokens are being purchased, and a LOT more tokens are being spent for models to rush up the ladder for Miss MFC. Already, we've had a crazy jump today.

Crazysysy (Mary) went from being #45 to being #1 just this afternoon. A mega tip storm added up to between 100k-130k within the hour that I watched her just a bit ago. Awesome for her!

So to anyone trying to attain goals within the top 20 this month, good luck and stay strong! Gotta keep workin' hard and you can make it. It won't be easy so keep your head up!!

That is madness. I had heard that KellyHeart had gotten to 1st on Wednesday after a really large tip (I've heard various numbers, so I won't be specific). It was large enough that she was still 1st on Thursday afternoon.

It's gotten to where a guy needs to win a huge lottery jackpot and be willing to spend a decent amount of that just to give their favorite model a chance to win Miss MFC. It's crazy.

Although I think sometime in the next year the contest will cap off at a certain amount of tokens because no matter how much you love a model, there's only so much any person is willing to spend. I would honestly suggest MFC raise the prize totals, because it doesn't seem worth it when you spend $10k+ to get a model the #1 spot & a $500 prize. I doubt they would & would just consider it to be a bunch of greedy models wanting to take more from them.

Yeah, this whole Miss MFC is offically nuts. Like someone said, you need to have a millionaire jackpot winner or guys basically just willing to go broke to get you up there recently. And with making allllllllll this money, Leo isnt going to fix lagging problems, crashes, and server problems. It looks like he is doing juuuuuust fine without it..

I'm unsure.
If you're making a million tokens a month - $50000 - the prize is clearly quite irrelevant.
As a motivational tool to encourage people who like you - miss MFC can be great.

I don't off-hand know what $50K would work out as take-home - I'll randomly say $30K after tax.
Spending 10K on merchandise isn't absolutely insane.

Raffles, or auctions, or other ways of selling merchandise can be entertaining, if handled right.
And if the content is chosen well - say a camcorder with unique footage - the camcorder costs $250 - the raffle gets the model $500 - she's still 250 ahead.

And would she have made 5K doing something else?

There are only so many shower/chocolate/bodypaint shows you can do in a day - adding something else into the mix gives something else for your regulars to watch.

And - well - competition among groups of people has always been a powerful motivator, from the time that Ug decided to convince everyone that his family really deserved that cave more.

'Get me to #x' is a whole lot subtler than 'Buy me a pony!'

Time again for a reality check...

1) within 12 months the first girl on MFC will reach 2 million tokens to win #1 Miss MFC ..I have no doubt ...I made it to #1 in February with 560.000 tokens, all paid for by fans, no single $ I paid myself (!!!!) Now you need at least 2.5 to 3x that to be #1. You will need around 280-300.000 tokens to be top 20 ! Will the girl doing 2 million tokens bring home $100.000....hahahahahahaha.. Forget it ...You will only reach that position and those tokens with massive self tipping and studio/filmjob/pimp support. That is money that needs to be paid back ...Tip yourself > 100.000 tokens = $3000 cash out of pocket...That is how it works...Anyone saying anything different is an ignorant fool. Remember what I am telling here is NOT illegal it is just marketing ......You want to be #1 ? Want to make 2 million tokens ? All possible but it will cost you and the people around you. But hey maybe the #1 will bring you that moviecontract or will bring people to your site ..There is nothing wrong with that and it is good marketing. But girls need to be aware of that > it is not all gold at the top. You actually can make more money Nett when you are at 25 then you would have at 10...All is possible...
Which brings us to :
2) Yes there are big tippers who really like the girls and tip enormous amounts of tokens, I have several of them and yes they love me and want to see me high up... BUT I WORK HARD FOR MY TOKENS , NO INSERTION, BUT FOR THE REST I WORK MY BUTT OF.

Can you make it top 20 mainly based on PVT and Groups? Yes you can > see Caterine ( gorgeous, fantastic) and yes she actually earns each and every token > she works hard and long hours but she used to be top 5 and is 12-17 now...

But for most of the girls in the top 20 it is tips and open shows. I can name 5 girls in the top 20 right now that do not belong there....Not because they do not make the hours but just based on the fact that where the tokens come from is dubious ..and I am very friendly here.... No one tips a girl $10.000's of dollars just to chat with her or for her nice personality ...don't even start arguing with me on that one ...You like and love that girl soooo much ? Pay her direct (my big fans do that)! Why not? ..I have heard all the stories ....but as I have a friend who is a former studio owner I know the whole story.... There are girls in the top 20 just working on a fixed $2500-3000 salary ..the rest goes to the studio ..that is a fact....so those so called fans are tipping the studio ..not the model...hey I don't care ..let them ..be happy ... but I had several talks with a very big tipper on MFC ( only tipping Romanian girls) and he honestly believes (or is a fantastic actor) he is tipping the girl...good for him..... When someone has more money than brains let him be.....

Girls going for top 20 just need to know that 1) cam rates are not what they seem to be 2) Being top 20 not automatically means more money 3) the top 20 is an addiction ....I have been there 12 months ...and like the cam rate it can choke you....

Like Mila said... it gets addicting. I would certainly NEVER complain about the money that comes with even being in the top 30, but the competition in me is always striving for as high as I can. I certainly think it's part of human nature to feel compelled to "win" at most things. And MFC certainly has banked on that theory with having the top 20 each month and makes much more $ because of it.

I proper fucking lol'd tonight, some member went into Crazy's room stirred some shit about the top 3 places and then she was like aww i'm so upset now and started walking on and off cam a few times, all her members were like "who's talking shit to her" "who's upset her", what took the biscuit was one of her fanboys said lets cheer her up with tips and low and behold, she got some tips and is suddenly back to normal.

You know, this discussion has me a bit curious. I wonder about the motivation of a model to go all out for a month to get either into the top 20 or to be Miss MFC. Is it the money? Is it getting that extra promotion on the site (being shown on the top part of the page, as long as the members don't hide that part of the page)? Or is it just because they're competitive?

I'm also curious why I'm curious about the psychology of cam whores... I blame Amber.

Naaaaah Bawksy , tipping Romanians is fine ..there are a lot of nice hard working Romanian girls out there ( and a few of them are also on these boards) ...but there are also a few and they seem to be allocated mostly at the top of the lists which are simple scams...Sorry I don't have a better word for it...and again I do not think you should blame the girl most of them are actually very nice ...sitting on a couch making long hours (oooppps did I say that) .....She is just an innocent bystander ...blame the Mafia behind it .......or just ignore the # position of those girls .....................................woooooooohoooooooo I am #1 ....hahahahahahahahaha

i don't even pay attention to my ranking. when i first started on MFC it used to bother me a lot before i realized that there were a lot of scamming and money being made elsewhere besides straight up camming. i'm not hating on anyone but i dont compare myself personally to girls who are making money off of hardcore sex tapes, prostituting themselves, or are very obviously involved in scam/fraud rings. in comparison to girls who are just signing online, camming, and having a good time i'm not doing so bad.
