So a while back I wanted to sign up for Naked.com. I heard it was pretty reputable and saw one other cam girl on there and she loved it. So after I signed up they had me do A LOT to prove I was actually over 18. They wanted me to take a picture of my face next to my social, ID and birth certificate. They also asked me my last 3 addresses and tons of weird information like that while actually talking to them on the phone. Then when I went in to do the "tutorial" for their website they wanted me to hold up my social security next to my face in a private chat with them. It was like any paid private that anyone could spy on. They did also ask this for my drivers license, but not my birth certificate. It made me really uncomfortable, but they said it was because I looked "pretty young" despite seeing me on various other cam sites (obviously verified)... which I'm pretty sure they also asked for me to provide. I told them no, and it ended there. I know they were probably just trying to cover themselves, although I really don't think it's that impossible to think I'm over 18... But it just seemed weird and completely unsafe. Has anyone else ever had this kind of experience? What is your opinion?
