Stream through external program

Hello!

I am looking for any kind of advice for better streaming. I currently have the 4k brio and streaming straight through MFC doesn't really show off the camera's quality and i experience some visual issues as well. Anyone who has used an external source know the issues that come with that.. but when i use OBS and it works, the quality is stellar but like i said, that comes with issues. I have seen some models streaming with cute little animations and it appears they are streaming straight through mfc (600X480) but they are actually using OBS, i am wondering how that is possible? I used to use many cams which would allow me to stream straight through mfc and not externally but the quality was extremely reduced.

Any advice would help

That tells me how to setup a 720 or 1080 stream which i am familiar with but prefer not to use. Not quite what im looking for though, at least not the first post and didn't want to spend hours digging through the messages lol.

Is it that you want to stream in obs at 600X480?
