Hey guys! For almost 2 weeks I am trying to get the confirmation email for a studio attachment, but it just doesn't arrive... I tried to open a ticket, but the support only tells me to change my email, which I did, more than 10 times....
I have tried 4 gmails, 2 yahoo mails, and 2 proton mails, and none of them work. When I press request the email just does not come in my mailbox. Yes, I checked spam folders, I have checked everything, I think the problem is regarding this new account, in the past I worked with the same studio, and everything worked smooth. Also, they have never encountered this error, and I cannot start working until I get this fixed.. Can I please get some help?<3

I believe, from previous posts here at ACF, that Stripchat has an issue with emails not being sent out properly. I think @Stella_SC was going to have the tech team look into it, curious what the outcome has been.

@Elira_SC @Stella_SC can you please take a look at my case?🙏🏼 I would really appreciate that🫶🏽
Yes, I can certainly take a look into this for you. Please send me a private message with your username and the email associated with your account.

Going forward, it’s best to reach out via private message for matters like this, as they involve account-specific details that can’t be addressed in a public forum.

I assumed the other SC reps may have informed you, but new posters here cannot initiate PMs, so you'd have to reach out to them first to establish the message thread. (This is to avoid new users joining and spamming harmful stuff in PM with other ACF users.)
