Studio attachement email not received

Hey guys! For almost 2 weeks I am trying to get the confirmation email for a studio attachment, but it just doesn't arrive... I tried to open a ticket, but the support only tells me to change my email, which I did, more than 10 times....
I have tried 4 gmails, 2 yahoo mails, and 2 proton mails, and none of them work. When I press request the email just does not come in my mailbox. Yes, I checked spam folders, I have checked everything, I think the problem is regarding this new account, in the past I worked with the same studio, and everything worked smooth. Also, they have never encountered this error, and I cannot start working until I get this fixed.. Can I please get some help?

I believe, from previous posts here at ACF, that Stripchat has an issue with emails not being sent out properly. I think @Stella_SC was going to have the tech team look into it, curious what the outcome has been.
