I need your support. I'm a good user, I got an email from stripchat that my account has been permanently blocked because I violated rule and breaches of our rules Which is absolutely not possible, In fact I logged in to my account was in the morning and I didn’t opened it till the Email I have received from the team. How Is it possible dear? I have followed every single rules carefully so that I don't get ban but that email made me so upset and worrying. I asked for help to the support team immediately after receiving that termination email. I appealed to them but they are telling it is final. Trust me, i didn't make any violation. I don't want to leave this place like this. If I really made a big mistake then I will admit it by my own. But I don't want to get ban like this way. I have not enabled my 2 factor verification, might be the my mistake, may possible for someone to get into my account? Please @Stella_SC help me. I never breaked any rules on stripchat, rather I always asked for help to the suppprt team whenever I feel any doubt.

I could admit myself as a guilty if I done this. But I didn’t anything but still suffering. Please dear! The support team is not helping me which makes me more nervous. I didn’t violate any rule. There must be some misunderstanding or technical error. And I would request you, if I really done something wrong then please show me that violation, if not Then How I got permanent ban? Without any single warning! Do Justice. Investigate this issue.
