imo, Might be in your best interests to report him. If support doesn't find it a problem, ok. At least you're bringing it to their attention.

I suspect not... but I'd also be willing to bet that if you replied and accepted the offer you'd be banned...

Will anything happen to him? It depends. If he has sent this exact same message to a ton of models, then yes he might be suspended for spam. If he changes this message slightly to look like he is an admin, then yes he will be perm banned.
This message alone is not violating any of our rules, but his subsequent messages might. Right now, he could be role playing for all we know. So context makes a big difference.
Best thing to do is to report any messages that could potentially be violating the rules so that our moderation team can investigate
