I believe there has been a serious mistake regarding my account termination. I want to clearly confirm that I was the only person present during my live stream. No unregistered person appeared or streamed on my account.





I personally recorded myself during the stream, and I have already sent the proof showing that I was alone.





I fully respect your rules and would never allow anyone else to use my account. Therefore, I kindly ask you to review my case again carefully, as this decision seems incorrect.

I took a look into this and unfortunately I cannot assist you. You were streaming with a mask on and failed to do the Face Verification photo that was requested.

The instructions for Face Verification state: All streamers must clearly show their uncovered faces in the face-verification photo. The photo should match their stream’s outfit and setting.

If you fail to do the Face Verification, then we have no way of determining if it is actually you streaming or not behind the mask.
