What does this mean?

Ok, I have two quick questions:

1. What does it mean when I'm doing a private show and my cam cuts off and it suddenly exists me out of the show? The show just completely ends. I was thinking it's because the guy ran out of tokens? I'm not sure though. Or does it mean my webcam is broken?

2. My sound keeps cutting off in the middle of public chat. After about an hour or so, it just completely cuts off and I have to log out and log back in for it to work again. However, on the MFC side panel, it says that my sound is perfectly fine. I never know my sound goes out until my viewers tell me it does

It means that either they ran out of tokens or ended the show.

It's easily fixed in your webcam settings. If it's set to reduce noise the sound will cut off anytime music isn't playing or you aren't talking.
