Subject: Appeal for Permanent Ban – Request for Reconsideration

Dear Stripchat Support Team,

I’m reaching out with a humble request to please reconsider the permanent ban placed on my account.

I understand that Stripchat has strict policies, but in my case, I truly believe the situation was misunderstood. It feels like it didn’t matter whose fault it was—only that something went wrong, and I was punished for it.

Around two years ago, I had to deal with a very toxic user. Despite treating him respectfully, he kept crossing limits. I blocked him for my own safety. After that, he returned with multiple fake accounts and started threatening me, saying, “Unban me or I’ll get your account banned.” When I didn’t give in, he did exactly that—he reported me using those multiple accounts, and my account was banned permanently.

What I don’t understand is: why was I banned instead of the user who clearly violated the rules and harassed me? Am I not allowed to block someone for my safety? Doesn’t Stripchat have safety guidelines to protect models?

I worked hard day and night to grow my account with dedication. I always maintained good behavior, and my viewers gave me constant 5-star ratings. None of that was taken into consideration. And most importantly, I was banned without any warning or chance to explain myself.

Please, I am sincerely requesting you to take another look at my case. I still want to be part of Stripchat and follow all rules carefully. Please give me one more chance to prove myself.

Every report is thoroughly investigated. It’s true that sometimes disgruntled users or models may submit reports simply because they’re upset—but if no violation is found, the report has absolutely no impact on that person’s account.

In your case, you were found to have used fake or altered documents. We take this violation very seriously, and unfortunately the consequence is a permanent ban.
