Out of curiosity, I've been wanting to know (or, see if there's a way to figure out) which company's own each other? (Or I guess the lingo is "in each others broadcasting network)
Like for instance, Streammate publically puts on their website that they are also cammodels.com
Cams.com is an obvious one because they use that same little webcam icon in the upper left hand corner for all their sites, and I've seen a bazillion different sites with them.
Camhub is setup exactly like Streammate is. So is CamLive. And a bunch of other sites, too. So Steammate seems to be a pretty large company.
I know for a fact that InternetModeling recruits for Streammate (hence the low paying price per minute). I learned this one after applying with IM. And once they sent me an email saying "Our client has requested you for the following website: http://www.livecam.com. Your live shows will also be seen on all other sites in our network, which receives over 5 million visitors per day, and is the web's largest based on both traffic and number of affiliates." I clicked the first link and realized it was Streammate. I emailed back asking if this was for Str and she said "yes, then please disregard" and I tried to continue to ask her if they hire for any other sites and all she would say is "We are part of their network. So you would appear on their site and our other sites." But with some more poking I found their supposed "partial" list of networks on http://www.internetmodeling.com/faq.htm
