If you use godiva's code with your broadcaster ID instead of just your name, it will work regardless of whether you change your name.
How do I know what my broadcaster ID is you ask? Any number of ways to find out. You can use the TipMeGenerator I put together a while back, or the lookup it is now using under the hood which gets the user id directly from the chat servers (just change the username in the url). LilyMarie also wrote a tutorial how to find it here.
