Hey guys, me and the girl now also have solo accounts on twitter, was just wondering what are the best hash tags for solo male content? Probably aimed more towards the custom of gay/bi men that want to see a straight male doing stuff and anal pleasure etc, and maybe a couple of god Hashtags aimed towards the girls too? Thanks

This is from a gay male's perspective. I am a CB broadcaster as well as a customer. I've listed the hashtags I see a lot when I am "browsing the competition".

You do want to use a tag or two that physically describes you. A lot of guys are looking for a "type". Like I'm a #Daddy and a #Bear. I always like seeing the tag #athletic" (I don't know if that's an official tag or not.)

#Lovense (if you have one of these toys)
#Straight (a lot of gay guys like watching straight guys so you'll want to get this in for sure; I don't know if "#Bi" is an official tag; I did not see it but the gals will like this too)
#Assplay
#Bigdick (if it applies)
#Monstercock (if it applies)
#Bear (if it applies)
#Daddy (if it applies)
#Muscles (if it applies)
#Cum (if you plan on cumming)
#Smooth (if it applies)
#Hairy (if it applies)

All that being said, I don't normally use the hashtags when I am in customer mode. I do search on "Gay" just to see who is out there that identifies as such but other than that it's visual for me.

Wishing you all the best in the camming world. I've been doing it for a month or so and it's been a wonderful adventure.

I ran a test with a couple of bot accounts a few months ago I have in regards to tweets with hashtags vs tweets without them. Hashtags provided no extra benefit in terms of exposure (twitter analytics between the 2 accounts were pretty much the same, link clicks, engagement, views etc). It seems what's more important is the tweet content, frequency of tweets and % of tweets with media.

Oh wow, that's interesting to know, so basically, it sounds like I just need to keep up good content fairly often, n the right crowd will come? 😜

Yep, thats what I found when I was testing the benefit of hashtags on twitter.

I myself have quite a few tags that I use depending on which side I'm on and depending on what type of show I'm doing in this is again coming from a gay man's perspective I do know quite a few of the straight guys that I've seen on the site she is some of the similar tags because it does kind of help get them traffic.

one other idea that I could suggest is go on like camphor or ChatterBait and see what are popular tags that are currently going on you always want to base your tagging off of what your show is about plus any features such as a big dick the last things like that exc.

Ig ,Twitter tags

Awesome thank you :) just one thing though, being I am a straight male, would it still be good to use alot of the "gay" Hashtags, or would that be misleading to the people searching for actual gay peoeple?
I know that sounds stupid, but I'm genuinely unsure haha.

Good and very interesting question. For me, there's a bunch of ways to look at this and it's taken me awhile to formulate my response. Keep in mind I'm gay:

1. I would not find it misleading if you used #gay tags but would also not expect to see #straight in the same string. If you're thinking of tags that gays use like #daddy or #bear then I think those are more universal and I don't think of those as exclusively gay but more about "type". I just reread delsinpistons list and I personally would not expect to see any of the tags with "gay" listed on a straight man's cam UNLESS you want to cater to a gay male audience and present as gay. I see no problem with that. I use #gay because I know there are gay guys who look for other gay men. And it seems that there are not a whole lot of men who tag as #gay so it feels like an advantage most of the time.

2. I would find if odd if you had a gay tag(s) but spent a lot of time talking about female body parts while online.

3. So here's the hard one for me to verbalize; a tag like #gaydick: that could mean you have a gay dick or you are offering your dick to gay men. Know what I mean? I see a lot of young men who use the hashtag #daddy and (in my world) they are clearly not daddies. But maybe they use is to attract daddies? So I think some people use tags for who they are and what they offer but also might use them to display what they are trying to attract? I tend to overthink a lot of things........
