Any site that will pay you has to verify that you're a legal adult, so no. They legally have to have your information filed.

Just chatroulette if that's still around, or something similar to get your rush. Or film yourselves, then verify on a content site to sell it later.

Best plan is to actually verify on CB or whatever site you want to stream on and do it the right way. No guarantee you'll get paying viewers though.
