Lack of support for users from Chaturbate

Just wondering if anyone has actually received any help from Chaturbate support. Reported a model several times and nothing has been done.
Dakotaajohnnson, streamed no spy privates on Chaturbate live on Stripchat. Provided Support with all the evidence and even a confession on her DM and absolutely no action was taken. Now it seems she is hiding her cam on Chaturbate to attract tips to see whats happening, whilst again streaming the content live on Stripchat. Again reported with no action taken. Does Chaturbate support actually care that its users are being ripped off. For a start remove the line, no one else can see on no spy privates as that is actually totally false when the model is streaming it live on another platform.

The reason your reports on the model have not been acted on is that she has not broken any CB rules.

As long as she has not promoted her Stripchat room on CB, or asked for off site payment she is abiding by the rules, the 'No spying' feature is only directed at other CB users.

Stripchat has stricter rules, they say that the models can not stream publicly on other sites if they are doing a private on their site, that is a likely explanation to hiding her cam on CB, or she has reached a goal on Stripchat and doesn't want CB users to 'free-load' on that.

Excerpt from Chaturbates Terms & Conditions:

V. YOUR ACCOUNT AND GENERAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL USERS

d. Solicitations. Although we do not control Independent Broadcasters and other users' use of the Platform, you may not use the Platform to promote or advertise any third-party products, sites, or services that deliver live-streaming content. Independent Broadcasters and other Community Members are, of course, free to cam on other sites, it is prohibited to use the Platform to solicit any Community Member(s) to utilize another product, site, or service that delivers live-streaming content. Additionally, Community Members may not solicit any type of pay-per-meet (commonly called "escorting," dating service or site), or use the Platform for the sale of controlled substances or materials (including cannabis and weapons) or multi-level-marketing businesses.

i. Private Shows. All Independent Broadcasters acknowledge and agree they are aware that all private shows are recorded by default and such recordings are provided to the applicable Community Member(s) who purchased such private shows; provided, however, that Independent Broadcasters can disable this recording option at any time in account settings. Independent Broadcasters acknowledge and agree that all recordings of private shows are considered Member Content and that upon delivery of the recording to the purchasing Community Member(s), such Community Member(s) will have acquired from the applicable Independent Broadcaster a perpetual, irrevocable license to view and access such recording through the Platform.

What she did wasn't against CB's rules. I'm really tempted to tag PB into this conversation but I'm not sure a review can be triggered in this manner and she'll have to come here herself to get it resolved. If anyone sees her on SC please tell her to come here and get this resolved. It's 100% unfair.

Oh, ha, missed the second n...thanks for the correction! But the double a and one n version is banned so that's still kind of interesting.

I have so many pictures of food and drinks in my phone. Lol. I’m gonna go through them later to see which ones to delete, so I can free up some space. You paid to go private on CB, and not have any others on CB in your experience. You got what you paid for in that sense. I'm sure you can see the reasoning here after you calm down from your initial emotional reaction. The model is just trying to make her living the best she can, I promise you she wasn't out just to piss you off. I think it's easy to forget the models are humans trying to get by, just because your fee fees get a little hurt.

Deceit of the type and range of your description isn’t what support is concerned with. I think there are a significant list of analogies to other industries that may help enlighten you to how your conundrum fails to hit a meaningful mark worthy of more concern and pity.

Best advice: consider it a lesson learned and move the fuck on.

This wasnt a one off Premium private, this is over a dozen, the model already knew she was getting all the tokens as it was discussed beforehand yet still she deceived. If models want to get respect then they need to start utilising something that costs absolutely nothing, its called honesty, I get they only there to make money but she made nothing extra as like i said she already knew she was getting everything. While you may not like it, as others have said, there is no breach of Chaturbate's terms of service by streaming a private show there to other platforms.
Unless a model specifically stated they would turn off their other sites, and then didn't, no harm no foul.
You can either accept that (and understand that complaining is pointless), or switch to another platform that specifically requires turning off public streams elsewhere when taking a private request.

As has been explained to you, there are no rules in CB saying she has to turn off other streams. You paid for an exclusive pvt on Chaturbate and you got an exclusive private on Chaturbate. No other chaturbate members were able to watch the show. Seems like you got exactly everything you were entitled to.

I didnt even know she had streamed it live until someone sent me the link to it on Camvault. I dont know if she had done previous ones as Camvault clears streams quite regular. At the end of the day she lost someone that spent a hell of a lot of money on her. I dont judge all by her, i talk daily to an ex cam girl who was very succesful, so it does show me some do have some scruples. Cammodels not turning off their other streams during privates is pretty typical for split streamers. You have sites you focus on, and others you set and ignore. Also, split streaming is pretty typical in studio camworld. If she were a studio model, her managers/admins wouldn't allow her to not end those shows. Studio models sometimes have quotas, so that's motivation to keep other streams active while engaging in privates. There are lots of nuances on why a model do this.

I understand from a members perspective you are expecting a one one-on-one experience, and i agree. there are lots of models who treat privates that way. if you don't want this happening again, avoid models who split stream.

I am a user and I get your point of view, but in my opinion you are directing your complaints at the wrong part. You should direct your complaint at Chaturbate itself, it is the platform that has not provided your with the product you expected, if their ToS stated that models are not allowed to stream publicly on other sites when they accept a private on Chaturbate I am pretty sure models would log off or hide their cam on other sites (I am not familiar with what options models have on other sites)

You weren't fooled. You are a customer of Chaturbate. She is a model on Chaturbate. You got a completely exclusive show on Chaturbate. I'm not entirely sure what you are complaining about. You 100% got what you paid for and exactly what you were entitled to. What she does on other pages is of no concern of yours because you're a customer on Chaturbate.

just to be clear, I think if you were really spending enough to cover what she needs to earn in a stream then she wouldn't be multi streaming. Maybe the issue is not knowing how the exchange rate works? One token is only 1 nickel to a model. 100 tokens is only 5 dollars. 4000 tokens is only 200 dollars.

• You named the model that you claimed wronged you.
• You reported a model that you claimed broke CBs rules (which as you have been shown, she didn't)4
• You called models in general untrustworthy.

As I said in my previous comment your beef should in reality be with CB, they failed through their ToS to provide you with the product you expected.
