Help! OBS and Stream Mate

I am so brand new to this new age camming thing, I cant find instructions or videos or a anything on how to set up or operate OBS, link in the Stream Mate, I am hopeless

For most sites I would say find the stream key and plug it into your obs. But streamate I've never been able to find where the stream key is/I've read online that might not be how they do things. So what I do is turn on virtual camera in obs, then select obs virtual camera as my camera source on sm. I hope this helps.

This is how I do it as well when I stream with OBS, just use it as a virtual cam.
