All applications will be rejected - what causes this?

A model is trying to come to SC from CB.
She has this (image). Why is this? What has caused this? So now she can't join SC.. she is Romanian so she's not from sone prohibited country.

Is there anything she can do?

The most common reasons why documents get rejected:

• Bad-quality photo (document is not clear enough to be read)
• Documents are expired
• No birth date on ID
• No face on ID
• Digitally modified photos
• Only parts of the documents are visible
• Personal information is not correct
• They already have another account on our platform. Please check this article if this is the case.

The model can reach out to me directly if she'd like me to investigate.

These are all very fair and reasonable rejection reasons. But why would it be the she's unable to use any other ID and they're all going to be rejected automatically based on what that says above on the screenshot?

The confusing and worrying part is how it states that all further applications will be rejected.

I've shown her your response and hopefully she will reply soon.

She has definitely never been on SC before though. Only LJ and CB.
