    Based on numerous other similar posts on this forum, once punker barbie indicates support can no longer assist further..... that's it. It's done. The account is banned. They'll no longer consider your requests. It might be best for you to now concentrate on possibly broadcasting on other sites.

    Imo your second chance is going to be finding a difference site to broadcast. You and your wife are banned for life. If you read other threads on this forum about banned accounts, I think you'll see that's how it works.
