I just had to respond to your issue with the custom video. I have been through this many times. If the dude is worth your time he will understand. All you have to say is that you apologize for the inconvenience and that your video is not ready for you yet. That you will keep them updated on the video and send it to them as soon as possible. Im assuming you dont feel well do it when you can be relaxed.
