    hello @punker barbie today I woke up just to find my account banned. both the studio and broadcsting accounts. Please help me understand why. please? I contacted support since that day and they havent replied me. why would they ban the studio?

    hello, usually when I earn tokens, they are being cashed out to studio automatically at midnight but today they werent. Also the ' promote my account' icon that is always besides the ' announce again in--hours' is not availble today. I emailed support but havent recieved any reply from them...

    in a case where I sent multiple emails, can I still be assisted? because sometimes I think that they got mad at me for doing so. Its been over a week now
