hello, usually when I earn tokens, they are being cashed out to studio automatically at midnight but today they werent. Also the ' promote my account' icon that is always besides the ' announce again in--hours' is not availble today. I emailed support but havent recieved any reply from them. kindly @punker barbie help me reach out suport. thank you in advance

Please be more patient there is no benefit to tagging punker barbie on a same day issue and definitely not twice. So your tokens didn't auto transfer maybe they are on hold for an investigation.

I understand, its just that this has never happened to me so I panicked a little since its almost end month/pay period, 2 days to go and most of the time support takes weeks to reply my emails. Apologies if I did wrong.

its true, I know that. remember the last time I had issues with my account, I sent email to support, they never replied for weeks untill @punker barbie helped me when I was almost evicted from my house due to late rent payment. Its okay to be patient yes, but atleast they should tell me if there is something wrong with my account so I know what I'm being patient about. And if to resolve the issue could take longer time and I should plan look for other revenues. Thats all.

hello @punker barbie today I woke up just to find my account banned. both the studio and broadcsting accounts. Please help me understand why. please? I contacted support since that day and they havent replied me. why would they ban the studio?

Not really, support rarely responds during an investigation, its unusual to ban both the model and studio though but since the bans have already taken place perhaps they will receive a response soon.
