In CB there is a command that leaves the room for the common user “offline”, but the screen can be released for some selected users. Do you know what this command is? Does the same command block donations from being viewed in public chat as well or is it another command?

Solution
Here is one example of how a user can hide their broadcast from being seen on the featured pages and it removes the show to a community controlled page of the website.

There are many more like it that have a customized list of viewers that can see the cam and no one else can. However, a room cannot show as offline if it is not actually offline. There will always be some indication to viewers that show is broadcasting but with restricted access.
Thank you very much Vixxen81, the doubt was clarified

You're welcome. Here's the page those cams appear on:

I forgot to mention if someone passwords a room, it prompts a user to enter the password, which is also indication of a live broadcast is in progress or that a user wants to restrict access to their bio (pictures/videos) but that's typically something a non-broadcaster would do.

Edited to clarify.
