Hi, im just a bit concerned as i have found out on more than one occasion someone i know has been recording our shows and taking screenshots and it feels as if im being black mailed as he is showing people i know and messaging my mum which isn't a problem as my mum knows. I just find it wrong that he is able to find me and message me on personal accounts and he also knows my personal address which is scary in case he takes it any further or is releasing my pictures and videos to other sites without my consent. Does anyone know who we could contact to help with this or should we just contact the police as it is getting a bit worrying now as its happening continuously over months now. We don't know his username on the website but we do know his name and address and his date of birth. Thank you

What proof do you have that it's being done by this person you know? Any law-enforcement agency will ask for proof before anything can be done.

He's showed them in person to 5 of my close family friends (that I know of so far) and messaging my mum and to people that don't like me. I know he has them on his phone. Is there no one i can contact at chaturbate to help as going to the police is my last resort

Realistically, what do you expect Chaturbate to do? They might be able to ban his account, but what's to prevent him from stealing your content online either anonymously or via another account, and continuing this harassment? They're not gonna waste their time tracking some random user down and contacting your local law enforcement on your behalf. Depending on which country you're living, this person might be breaking some federal crimes. Your best bet if to gather your evidence and file a complaint with law enforcement.

Back in the days when I was non nude in public show I got blackmailed by my own moderator who had the recordings of over 100 nude ticket shows that I did. He wanted regularly some of my tokens so he could spy on other models' privates and buy tickets to hidden shows. He had lots of hidden shows of various models that he was regularly added to his huge collection on one of the most popular websites with pirate recordings of camgirls. I reported the issue to CB and they offered to help. They asked me for his CB username. Unfortunately, he was threatening me to publish everything on the Internet (which he eventually did) on my Snapchat so I had no proof he was a particular CB user so I only asked them to help me take my videos off that website. And they did it helped me with that.

So they physically were standing next to each other, in real life, and he pulled out his phone and showed them a video of your show? What did your close family friends say to him when this happened?

Document everything possible, and go to the police if you feel safe enough in your area to do so.

I think this will probably fall under criminal harassment… blackmail requires then to extort money from you for silence (at jar in the US, this was how the detective handing my case explained it to me)

The good news is you know exactly who is doing this to you. A restraining order might be a possibility too.
